My name is Matt Champagne, and I started Cinema Advanced as a way to help my fellow filmmakers. There are alot of great artists out there, but most lack the various business and technical skills needed to do something as challenging as direct a feature film.
I personally fall on the other side of the spectrum. Its pretty rare that I’m the guy that comes up with some unique idea that becomes that awe inspiring original moment in a movie. Instead, I’m the person that guy asks…Do you think there is a way we can pull this off?
So I’ve started this website to try and teach those other aspects of filmmaking that most directors miss while they are building up their creative masterpiece.
This website isn’t about how to be a filmmaker…its about how to make films.
